Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Your time at the salon is very special and just reserved for you. Please note that for all appointments with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or no shows, a fee of $25 per scheduled service is due before booking any future appointments.
Service Re-Do and Retail Policy:
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within seven days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase.
New Guest Color Service Policy:
Due to the unpredictability and lengthy process of removing at-home hair color, we do not accept new clients with previously colored hair from box or henna hair dye.
